Fish Marinade Recipe
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- juice from 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 jalapeno
- 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
- a splash or two of red wine vinegar
Taco Toppings
- chopped cabbage
- pico de gallo (recipe below)
- avocado
- home made salsa (from your neighbors)
- sliced radishes
Pico De Gallo
- red onion
- cilantro
- white onion
- lime juice
- sea salt
- cumin
- fresh chopped tomatos
I marinated the fish for a good 20 minutes then broiled it for about 7 min on each side. I warmed the tortillas on a dry pan for a minute on each side. Lay the fish in and top it with your pico de gallo and toppings. So simple and really delicious. My kind of super bowl food!
